If you're seeing this error, it's likely that another add-on in your browser is conflicting with Gears. To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
- In Internet Explorer, select the Tools menu.
- Select Manage Add-ons > Enable or Disable Add-ons.
- Select an add-on.
- In the 'Settings' section, select Disable.
Once the appropriate add-on has been disabled, this message should no longer appear.
